CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee, equivalent of 50% of the total treatments booked for that date.

No shows/no call will be charged 50% of the treatment(s) reserved, and any treatments booked after this date will require payment in full upfront.
